Refund Policy

Refunds are considered only in cases of significant item mismatch (wrong item received), damage during transit, or defective product. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Process

If your refund is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You may need to return the item at your expense for quality verification.
